lately when im driving and hold my gears to high rev's my check engine light goes on and then every time i change the gear after the light is on it hessitates to take gas does that mean i need a new cluth or is dat symptoms of something else help me out guys

 

Not really sure that would have anything to do with the need of a new clutch.

Have you checked the ECU for the code (though the light is out, code still may be stored).

Reset ECU light, drive again as see if same codes come up....go with it from there depending on the code.

However, still interested in a clutch? PM is so.

 

Once the CEL comes on it stores in the ecu until cleared. Whats the code on the ecu so we can help more?
