Default Since everyone else has one...

I decided I want a post concerning my idle.

It's rough, the exhaust kinda pops a little bit sometimes. it will go 2-3 secs fine then chug once, then repeat.

I know there are alot of very common things that could be causing this issue but that's not the reason I'm posting.

2 of my spark plugs (Cylinders 1, 4) are stuck, they wont come out...I got the car nice and hot and they came out about a turn but still extremely hard to turn and I don't want to mess something up. Could these two problems be related? Either way, my real question is, how do I get these plugs out? I put them in right after I got the car about 4k miles ago and the old ones came right out. these ones went in very easily.

Thanks in advance everyone.

take pliers and clamp and rip it out. it might rip the inside of the spark plug wire though. but thats what i did and just replaced them with NGK 8mm wires.

when you rip it out it usually comes out but rips the insides of the spark plug out which is like a long small tube like thing. stick the pliers in the whole and it will rip that out.

thats prolly the worst way but it works, and doesnt matter if you need new wires anyway...

So, if I rearange the plugs, in any order, just swap them around, then start the car, it runs like a charm for about 2 minutes then starts chugging again. Now it's chugging when I'm driving too.

One thing that came to mind was my O2 Sensor? I think I'm running rich because my exhaust is very potent and I'm getting a trail of black stuff creeping out. I'll be putting my header and a new o2 Sensor in this week, but if that isn't whats causing this then what is

Going to go buy new plugs tomorrrow even though mine are only like 2 months old unless someone suggests something else.

Ok, Today was busy. but fun.

Went this morning and got new plugs, plug wires, dizzy cap, and rotor.
Put all that stuff in and Shazam -Problem fixed, car running smoothly and idling at the right rpm.

Cruised out to the pick&pull, found hatch struts for mine, mine were completely shot.

Got my mail, delighted to see my package I've been waiting for with good condition working window switches, (My master switch was broken) and a few other misc. parts.

Put the new master switch in, come to find out, it still doesn't work!

What the hell else could it be? Is there a fuse for these? The passenger side one doesn't work either, I assumed it was tied to the master somehow and that was why it wasn't working.

Both window motors worked before, the connetor on my original switch cracked and broke off.

Please help, so frustrated.

Thanks in advance.

I believe that there are fuses for the window motors and that might be the problem. Anyway, here's the fuse box diagram, hope this helps
