yes..i believe the iacv is on the back of those d15z's as well

yes ... the only thing that really separates the d-series intake manifolds is where the iacv is located and wired but i think you good ...let me know if you run into any problems or if it works out great..i've done intake manifolds swaps on all the other motors just not that one but i've looked them over
