I would like to hear from the people who have this exhaust if it is too loud for a daily driver? Is there any other exhaust system that would be a close match is loudness? And how do you like it? I want to get one for my GSR and hopefully this thread seals the deal. Thanks guys

I was wondering this too

 

dude, the buddy club spec II is the loudest exhaust i've ever heard. Once, i was up in the canyons following some guy that had the spec II on his FC rx-7. It was so loud i couldnt even hear my own car. And every so often when he backfired, it sounded like gunshots. even though i anticipated the backfire while following him, it startled me everytime. Also, i heard his car coming from way down the mountain, like 15 mins away echoing through the whole canyon.

trust me, its loud for a daily driver.

 

when i had it on my ls it was VERY loud ( i had intake and header). It sounds good though but I love the quiet rumble of my rsr ex mag.

 

any more opinions?

Yeah, its pretty loud but it sounds awesome. I'm contemplating to get one for my LS with a silencer (if that even helps).

 

Anyone else have this exhaust? How loud is it at ~3500RPM?

 

with the silencer or not, it is not very loud at 3500 rpm.

 

why not get a spec 3 if you want a bc exhaust, its not as loud

 

my friend has buddy club on his type-r with there suspension and i think its junk for my taste, ride is very rough and with silencer i think it sounds like **** and VERY loud! I would hate to hear it w/o it in! i have dc header, no name hi-flo cat and greddy evo2, I love it, and no res. either, but plan on going turbo come feb. or when winter is over
