Default 10:1 cr... highest HP? fastest 1/4 mile?

i seen a lot of people making 180+HP and running good 1/4 mile times on B18C motors, but they either changed the pistons or increased the displacement. has anyone made 180+ HP on a 10:1 cr motor? if so what is your best 1/4 time?
i seen the "Let's see your 1.8L OEM Bottom-end, ALLMOTOR, 91 Octane Dynos" thread and i havent seen anything that answered my Q. TIA

Why don't you build it, and see how fast you go?

there have been a lot of motor "re"builds, to keep the car legal in certain racing classes. I've heard many stock GSR's in the 170's.

Probably doesn't want to rebuild the bottom end.

To the OP, good cams, IM, header, so on, and you can be there easily. Tuning plays a huge part in that as well of course. I know of several stock GSR motors making ~180 or a little over.

That's a matter of preference. I've seen it done with S2 cams, and even a handful on stock cams (might've been ITR cams, but still OEM).

when I didn't want to rebuild my bottom end I just milled the head .030 and adjusted the timing back to TDC with adj cam gears. It ran great.

JDM GSR it went from 10.6 to 11.4. I milled it .030 and advanced the cam timing 2.5 degrees (the rule of thumb is advance the caming 1 degree for ever .012 milled.

That's good info but is this from personal experience or you read it somewhere?

personal experience....but I read it somewhere first. Lot's of people use head milling to raise compression, a lot of honda guys think it's ghetto, but it served me well.
