Which to me sounds crap, most car electronics wont know the difference between 12V and 15V whatever, because they're made to withstand it. As long as the coil sees atleast 12V, you'd be fine. I also dont see how it would affect sparks (not to mention that wont really have any correlation with power, as long as the spark doesnt blow out) because spark plugs get power with induction when the primary coil power collapses, its not even connected together.
Sounds more like the case of put kind words on paper and make it so that it seems like dynamite to the n00bie who doesnt know much about cars.

This as seen on TV gadget must be for old non PGMFI systems. Aren't the ecu and the rest of the sensors, solenoids and valves supposed to smooth out fluctuations in electrical loads and engine efficiency for us already?

Shouldnt of been hard to do with just common sense. Also Inazma hot pocket sounds like something you'd get from an adult toystore.
