IB Modified JG Header Dyno Results
Car (92hatch w/gsr motor) gained as much as 10-11 HP midrange and 5+ max power HP.
Here's a comparison chart, showing midrange power of the gsr motor versus a typeR motor:

umm.. im sorry.. i reread it again. It's not even a comparison, it's 2 completely different motor.. Can you clarify this?? It looks like the ITR with a jdm header made a **** load more power than the IB modified header.

Sorry...wasn't too clear about it.
GSR cams just do not make the power up top like ITRs. The gsr motor starts to die off a bit past 7Krpms...while the itr keeps going. But the midrange hp/torque is really good on the gsr.

I think that is a great run. This is a bone stock rebuilt gsr with a header. Stock cams!!! I thought an ITR with JDM header and AEM would make more power though.

so is this the same motor, but with different cams?? so is the red line with ITR cams and a jdm header, and the blue line is with stock gsr cams and the IB modified header??
