95 HONDA ACCORD NEEDING INFO HERE!!!
I have a 95 honda accord manual transmission lx, i notice a problem when i look under my car there was transmission oil leaking but not the leaking u notice on floor just a drop on the transmission i check the screws one screw the draining plug was loose i decide to drain everything out and change the oil and put everything back and tighten both screws the draining and filler plugs well that even help my car way better than it was after a few weeks i notice that problem i check the two plug they are tight but not sure how tight they should be i didnt change the washer or i dont remember if it has washers.
my question is... are the missing washers whats causing the small drop (unknown) of oil ??
i am not sure how much i am loosing but the car is no acting smooth while changing gears.. might need to put more oil in..
thanks

there should be a crush washer on both the drain and fill bolts. If there isn't, I would get some and install them. The torque on the drain bolt should be about 29 lb-ft and the fill bolt should be about 33 lb-ft.
if you use a crush washer you don't need teflon tape. I've never used it but always used crush washers and haven't had any problems.
Go to a Honda dealership and ask for these two parts
Upper bolt = Part #94109-20000 WASHER, DRAIN PLUG (20MM)
Lower bolt = Part #94109-14000 WASHER, DRAIN PLUG (14MM)
or try and find 14mm & 20mm metal washers that will fit and seal properly
