DOHC ZC HEADER?
Does anyone know if there is a DOHC ZC header available? If so, can someone please point me in the right direction? Just got my motor and would like to start upgrading it as soon as possible. I do not want to use a d-series header, as I know that you need to modify it, plus I already have one. I would prefer new but am open to used if in good condition. Get back to me at rev_this@yahoo.com
Have you seen how easy the modification is to do? All you need to do is match the ports on the head to the header using a 88-89 Integra gasket and a grinder.
As far as I know, this is the only way to use an aftermarket header on a DOHC ZC as no companies produce them anymore.

im using a DC header made for the Si model and it bolts up perfect but the port is off on the bottom by abou 3cm. the top of it matches but the bottom just needs to be widened out some with a grinder and once you do that its a perfect fit
I once had an 88-89 Integra DC upper header with a 92-95 Civic Lower half, worked great. Just do as wiZCo said and grind down a regular D-Series one and you're set.
