Big brakes?

Big brakes?
I have the Power Slot Plus brakes on the front of my 00 civic coupe and was wondering if a set of 16's will fit on my car w/ those brakes. I currently have a set of 17x7 w/ a +40 off set. If I could go with a set of 16's which would be a good off set to go with. I plan on going road racing with my car.
