Default quiet smooth tires -all seasons

I want to buy all season tires 205/60/15 - I already have snow tires on rims - I live in Toronto Canada and we have a LONG winter

I want tires to deliver a quiet and smooth comfortable ride. I know I will have to sacrifice some grip/performance to get this, and thats OK for me because I do not drive very fast, or corner very hard. I drive an Acura Legend sedan which is a pretty heavy car. I came with OEM V rated tires. I have used H rated tires with no problems in the past.

I usually buy Michelin, and have beeen satisfied, but I think I can get what I need and not drop $600 for Michelins.

So what do you guys suggest for an all season, smooth comfortable ride ?

On first reaction, Id recommend Kumho's ASX all season tire. My father has those on his e24 bmw and theyve held up quite well even with such a heavy car. The sidewall is a bit firm for an all-season, but much less so than more performance oriented summer tires, and they are pretty compiant on the road. They are however, just about the only all-season tire ive had much experience with in the recent past so I cant offer much as far as direct comparison.
They certainly fit your bill price wise, Tirerack has them for $50 per corner before shipping. I dont know if they ship to Canada, but if not I suspect you could find a similar price locally

I have done some searching here, and the Khumo ASX you recomended seem to be a big favorite on this forum. I also read on some other enthusiast sites that the Khumo Solus is also a good choice - it is ranked very highly on Tire Rack, for what that's worth.

The Michelin MXV4 Plus tires I had were nice, and I had a set of Yokohama Avid H4s that were very nice too .... but Khumos are less than 1/2 the price, which makes them very attractive.

So many choices so any and all input is appreciated.
