Default How much should I py for a 100k plus d series transmission.

So I found a lady on craigslist parting out her 99 civic. I asked how much for her 120k mile tranny and she offered 350.00. I think that's a ridiculous amount for a high mileage tranny.

I need an auto tranny for my 99 civic d16y7.

i would offer no more than $200, and that's probably still too much.
