Default OBDO throwing code 14?

I know that long blinks are count by ten and short blinks are count by one, but im gettin 14 short blinks. Am i reading it wrong or is OBDO different than OBD1. Also on http://tech.hybridgarage.com/tech/codes.html are those correct for OBDO?

OBD0 = 4g right? (88-91 Civic/CRX)

--Yes, the codes from that link are correct.

If this is the case, then the ECU will only use short blinks. No long blinks. If you are %100 sure that it is showing 14 blinks at a time (code 14), then it looks like it's the 'Electronic Air Control'.

Does the engine still run? If it does, first of all pull out the Hazard fuse for about 10 seconds, then plug it back in (to reset the ecu codes). If it still shows the code, then you're gonna have to mess around with the EACV.

I've got my helms manual, so if you want some detailed info on testing - it will be no problem.

Good Luck!
