Default z6 swap ?

when swapping a d16z6 into an ef chasis how do you get rid of the evap canister and map sensor on the firewall? i know i can plug up the map that is on the manifold but is there anything special i need to do with the stuff on the firewall besides just take it off? i searched a ton but didnt find anything specific just some pics where people had done it. i read in one thread that the purge cut off solenoid wasnt necessary is that accurate?

you dont have to get rid of the evap canister or map sensor off the fire wall. You can leave the map sensor on the throttle bodie and just hook up the original map to a T off on the manifold, and the canister still goes to the throttle bodie.

For reference for people who can't search (I.e. not the OP, he gets a )

1. For the firewall MAP, just remove the vacuum line and remove it physically.
2. EVAP Canistor - Remove it as well, everything except the red line.
