Default Check Engine question...plz help

well my check engine lights keep coming on for me. I have a aftermarket header and the 02 sensor i had to splice to make it long. Well i was driving then i sped up around 90 then i slowed down after that my light went on. I stopped looked under the hood around the Headers and the 02 sensor checking to see if it was that but no problem at all. Start up the car then the check engine light was off. I'm just wondering now when my engine heats up my check engine light pops on. I checked my coolant and everything and it is fine. Any question or opinions will help thanks.

Well, being you recently extended your 02, it may be a lose connection there. Seems logical if this has been happening since youve done that.

Get the CEL to come back, and check it yourself when it pops up and see what code it throws.

Check your oil then. Did you unplug anything else recently? Unplug and replug? Mix up connectors?
