Testing waters.. selling a rear-end.. opinions on price?
I have a 2001 S2000 rear-end that has a chewed up ring gear sitting in my garage. It's from our S2000 when we replaced it under warranty.
I've been thinking about selling it since we're not planning on modding the S2000 for anything requiring a stronger rear-end, and it looks like Nissan conversions are the way to go anyway.
All that aside, is there a viable market to sell this rear-end, and what is a fair asking price? I'm sure there are people out there who would be interested in it, so I figured I'd ask on here first and see what kind of advice I could get.
Thanks.

maybe not even that much...really depends on the damage. If the ring gear blew chunks it probably hosed the LSD too. And are you sure the carrier end caps didn't crack too?
