Default Green Teggy's with a _____ interior...

so i have a green '97 gsr and i recently got the idea of converting my tan interior into black. I've been thinking about changing the interior because i like the look of the black interior and i pretty much can't think of something aestheticaly pleasing to put into a tan interior. What i see mostly is cars with this kind of interior always have some red items but to me that kind of makes the car look like a christmas tree. anyways, just want to see what you guys think? My plans are to get a black interior with some yellow items inside just so it looks better.

I would go with the straight black interior and no color trim

I have a green GSR and for the longest time i wanted the black interior, but i've come to love the tan leather. My car has been repainted so its not exactly Honda Green, but i love it all the same...

If you have the $ then go for it. I did the tan to black on my 98 cypress green Teg and love it. The ITR seats with the red stitching are fine since the red isn't "all out" but I got the full black leather set.

Tan and green do go together... thats why they put it in stock. As for tan and other color... not so good. But black on the other hands looks great on every color.

My LS has my GSR black leather interior and it's green, I love how it looks. Personally I don't care for the tan.

i like the tan but i just don't feel like i can mess around with it as much as with black. like if i want to put in different color seats, they'll clash with the tan. thats one major reason why i think i want to change it.

Looks really good, that is kinda how my Integra is, only for the 94-97 front, LS Meshes and your color is lighter...

i also have a green teg that came with tan interior and i personally liked it it looked more like a classy interior like a Lexus or infinity, but i two did a black interior swap with a twist, i left the front seats tan and i think it looks good, my car didn't come with rear seats and the carpet was really nasty or they both would have been tan

but in you case you should do the black interior with what ever color you like, i personally wouldn't do yellow because i have seen people with green cars with yellow interior accents and it looks like crap and screams RICE, you would think yellow and green would go together but they really don't
it your car so do what ever color you would like don't let me stop ya
good luck with your decision

Oh yeah i totally get what you guys are saying, but i'm not going to do anything extremely ricey to the interior. the only thing i'm planning to have is complete black interior, seats with yellow stiching(if i can find some), black leather/yellow stiched shift boot.... Basically i'm only going to have yellow stiching. nothing like yellow door panels or a yellow arm rest or anything of that nature.

Trust me, if i was even THINKING of doing something horribly ricey to the interior, i would just keep the tan.

I BEG YOU PLEASE.....DON'T DO THE YELLOW TRIM......

I had a friend who did the black and yellow trim in his EG civic.....it did NOT look good. Imagine.....green + black + yellow = . I can almost guarantee you'll feel like after you do it too.....

But hey....it's your car...your money. Whatever floats your boat man
