what kind oil should i just and moble 1 vs ams oil witch is better

i think the rule of thumb is not to use synthetic until the motor has gone through a few oil changed on mineral.

but besides break in synthetic is ok according to that link

valvoline vr1 oil 10w-30

or the valvoline racing oil 10w-30 (non street legal formula).

I'd rather run Amsoil than Mobil 1 in my car, even though I currently use Mobil 1. I have read that Amsoil buys their base stock from Exxon/Mobil.

if its free i would definetly use that!!

i use it and its usually $5/quart unless its on sale or get a 5quart jug..

that looks old as hell lol.. some of those dont even exist anymore or are completely different..

it said the cost of a 5quart jug of mobile1 was $90 lol

i wouldnt go by tests done on fresh new oil anyways.. i would go by oil analysis' on used oil.
