Default what p/s brackets for ls/vtec...

I have a b18a1 block with a 97 gsr head. Trying to figure out what brackets to use to put the 94+ power steering pump on. Question is, why doesn't the p54 lower bracket I have line up with the holes in the block? According to the online acura parts dealer I was looking at, the p54 bracket is the right one. Does the b18a block have a different bolt spacing than the b18c ? What is going on here? I was just going to try to get gsr/b16 brackets with a pump on ebay, but now I doubt they will even fit. What brackets should I get?

I checked part numbers and the B18C and B18B blocks use the P54 bracket, but the B18A block uses the PR3 bracket.

yeah, the b18a uses a different bracket because of the different pump. I just don't get why the f the bolt spacing is dfifferent on the block itself. This is bs, I'm sure there are plenty of people who have an ls/vtec with power steering. So I'm guessing the easiest way to do this is enlarge the holes on the lower p54 bracket?
