all gaskets and hardware included. no leaks at all. best sounding exhaust i have ever heard. very deep but quiet.

Fits : 94-01 LS, RS, GS, 00-01 GS-R, Type R
94-99 gsr need modification such as a ls header and cat because gsr is to short by about 6 inches or so. HEADS UP
