How big deal should I make it that it doesnīt have dust seals?

Good thing about dust seals is reliability and low maintanence.

Bad thing is that they donīt stand extream heat at the tracks...

Flat rotors seems to be available as I think the drilled ones will crack pretty soon.

You should just call/write Brian at Fastbrakes and ask him. Brian's a straight shooter and has more experience fitting his kits under different sized wheels than anyone.

It that set up fits in a 15", he'll know.

I have this kit on my 350 whp Acura Integra Time Attack car. I am running the plain rotors (far more cost effective to replace) I havent had the car in a time attack yet. From what i can tell...so far they are very good. During shake downs I have had the car up to near track speeds and it sheds off speed like it is nothing. (i am running the toyo 225/45/15 on 15x8 949 racing wheels so that helps )

As far as dust seals go. Everyone i talked to said do routine maintenance and not to worry.

I have them on my H2 Prelude, but I have yet to run a race with them yet.

They fit fine behind my TD Pro Race 1, 15x7, +40mm.

I'm running the plain 11.75 x 0.81" rotors. I'm concerned that they're going to be too narrow (i.e. not able to shed enough heat), but we'll see.
