Default Tranny swap DIY??

Lookin to swap my tranny for a rebuilt one w/ LSD, but am not completely sure how.

Should I attempt to do it myself? My dad and I have done like 90% of the work on my car by ourselves, besides a new clutch. He's pretty handy with cars but neither of us have done a tranny swap.

Any suggestions or DIY instructions on here?

Its pretty straight forward.

You can pretty much follow this link because it shows you how to remove and install the tranny. You dont need to replace the clutch, pressure plate and flywheel if yours are good. But now is a good time since everything is removed.

Best one I know of by far.

My first time doing it took 5 hours to pull the tranny and 3 to put it back in. That was by myself following that article
