did some searching, and couldnt realy find what i was looking for. I need the cam cap torque sequence for a b18b and what to torque them at. thanks

 

I believe you start from the middle and go to the right of the middle then the left of the middle and repeat this until its done. They are torqued to 7 ft/lbs per bolt

 

They are real lightly torqued so be very carefull not to overtorque them cause they will snap off easily.

And sorry I dont have the helms on hand to check but you should really consider picking one up. By far the best investment you'll make.
