EP3 to RSX question

How do I get my RSX sidemarkers to light with my city lights? I have an EP3.

There was a thread on how to do this on ephatch.com. But its down until New Years. Obviously there is a bit of wiring 'know-how' to accomplish this, but its not hard. Check it out after new years. Its a nice write-up.
