dont weld the throttles to the runners. Take engine angle into consideration when determining runner angle. velocity stacks matter. Use a tuning program which can scale TPS voltage and has map and TPS based ITB tuning coding (alpha-N).

Hey spun.

How did that log manifold work for ya. I made one pretty much identical to the one in your thread.

I haven't got to try mine out. My ITB's still aren't running as of yet. I'm still working on building the motor up to handle the extra A&F.

it worked great. I'll hopefully have some dyno numbers sometime soon.

Question is do you still have them and do you have any plans to finish them up Chris?

My project is also on hold. I am in the engine build, upgrade brakes & suspension phase. I will have mine up and running some day soon I hope.... The benefit I have is that my Accord is no longer my DD.

Here is my F22B2 ITB build. Most people say not to weld them, I did. I designed everything to work together. These ITB's probably wouldn't work worth a pinch of crap on any other engine but the one I am building.

There is a good bit of info from Seeds on the second page discussing some principles of design.

yea, my ITB's are sitting on my desk up at school. taunting me.

as for plans for finishing them up. well, i'm pulling the b18a1 out of the 'teg thursday night. then that thing is gonna be completely rebuilt this semester for my automotive machining course. slap that back in the 'teg, then that'll be a suitable DD for a while, then hopefully, i can afford to let the accord sit long enough for me to try and get the ITB's working.

here's to the both of us getting these things up and running at some point.
