koni/gc question
just ordered my konis from weaksauce...
didn't get the gc's right now because I'm a bit strapped for cash...
my question is, is it a bit deal to install the gc's after putting the koni's on, or should I just wait until I get the money, get the gc's, and install all at once?
also, anyone run the gc's in snow?? any problems?
thanks!

Doesn't matter either way. Install them now or install them later - your choice.
I've run the GCs in snow. No problems other than a defective spring coil that rusted through and broke off after only 3 years/30,000 miles on the car and 1.5 full winters of use.
I would suggest using a bit of anti-seize compound on the perch pinch bolt.

I would just wait till you get the GC's. That way you don't have to do an install twice. I have Koni/GC setup and have been driving it in the winter and so far no problems other than it being a little noisy. It gets down to like -40 here with the wind too and no problems yet

I would love to take the train out east and hit the coast. I've never been that far east before and I hear it's beautiful out there.
-30 this morning and lovin it!
Cold is relative. You dress for it and you're fine. I just hiked like 10kms yesterday in the snow testing out my new showshoes and it was great!

What springs do you have on now?
It won't do no harm if you installed them now, unless some other parts of your suspension is in bad shape.

Ouch. Did you get a replacement?
Just a reminder, Ground Control's limited lifetime warranty DOES NOT cover defects caused by such reasons. In this case, salty roads and snow.
I found out through a Ground Control rep after I purchased them.
