just wondering if i should use this before or after i get the tires mounted on the wheel b/c i don't know if it will be messed up by the process of putting the tire on the wheel. just wanna know cause it will be easier to do with the wheels off the tires any help is appriciated thanks a lot

no there are i just wanted to hear it from you...by the way that didnt answer my questions

 

I have never used it nor heard of it until now. I would say after they are mounted that way there is less chance of smearing by the mounting machine.
