Default Quick Question.

My friend has a 2000 LS and is looking at a new set of wheels. On the car now he has H&R springs that gave him around a 1.7 inch drop. I'm sure most of you are familiar with these springs and understand that his wheels are semi tucked under the fender. Well... my question is what's the lowest offset he can go without his tires rubbing? I'm sure a 41 would be good but I want to be certain. BTW he's looking at running a 7 inch wide wheel and I want to make sure they'll fit so its not my fault if they don't. Thanks for the help guys.

41 offset is fine. BTW what wheels come with a 41 offset?

Tire size will also play a factor in rubbing.

The wheels he's looking at are the five spoke 5zigen's that are on the Hasport Integra. I believe they come in like a 41 or 42 offset. Trust me I know tire size plays in effect b/c I struggled setting up my car using a 25 offset with 205's. He is also going to purchase 205's with these wheels. Thanks for the reply Ali.
