Look, I am having a hell of a time finding out if this will work or not, and yes I have tried contacting evo. industries. Anyhow, I have a first gen b16a from an Xsi Integra. It has the original *CABLE* clutch S1 JDM 5speed tranny attached to it. About the *CABLE* S1 tranny, will the Evo Industries spool work with my transmission?

I see that it is for a B16a and an Ls tranny, but you know how it is with owning a cable B16a tranny, and how hard it is to find compatible parts. Hell, I wished that I could find a compatible 4.73 or better final gearset for it.

They were closed when I called, and I really need to know this really soon.

No complaints here, I am just in a hurry.

 

Companies always get my tranny mixed up with the 92-93 Xsi B16a LSD cable tranny. My cable tranny doesn't have LSD, and is stamped as an S1 tranny.

I can install the spool, but getting the right one is what is driving me up the wall. I haven't ordered one before, and don't know what to order. Brent advised that I order the spool for the LS. I am just not sure though, and would like a little more clarification on this.

 

try to get ahold of Bisi.
He knows the Evolution stuff.

 

mfactory has a 4.9 final drive now for the cable trannies. you could pm gearspeed about the spools
