I'm getting a brake shake only @ high MPHs, 40 and over. It seems to becoming from the right side.. so I replaced the rotor thinking it would solve the problem. It didn't. What else could it be? Your experiences and thoughts please.
i forgot to mention that it's my front passenger side brakes that is causing the brake shake. i also just swapped brakes from civic to integra. my civic's knuckle/brake setup wasnt causing a shake like this before untill i switched to the integras.

Make sure the hub is free of corrosion before installing the rotors. Corrosion can cause rotor runout since the rotor cannot mount flush.

it could be a bad
ball joint
axle
tie rod
blown shock...
spend some time under the fender and see if you see some parts that are really worn, start there.
also, the shaking, is it when you brake only or when you are driving? if it's when you drive then it has nothing to do with rotors and maybe more like a motor mount.

All the things that have been said are possible but I usually like to try the super simple cheap crap first like going to a tire place and getting ur tires balanced. then after that go on to the expensive crap.
but I guess if it was a tire balancing issue it would be shaking all the time but balancing your tires is so cheap it doesn't hurt to try it.
