I'm helping my brother install his Buddy Club short shifter that he got for christmas. It didnt come with instructions tho, and im having a tough time trying to figure out how to figure out how to remove the dash. Have any of you installed this or know how to? This is for a 04' Civic Si BTW.

disconect the shifter cables. . unbolt stock shifter, remove, instal BCSS reverse of removal

 

1. pull out shifter cover
2. remove two clips at the front of the lower console
3. remove power outlet
4. remve two bolts in storage area, the one with the sliding cover
4. remove two screws on both sides of the center console thing, right in front of seats at the bottom near the carpet.
5. remove the two screws at the rear of the console, now pull it out!
6Rmove that metal bar that spans across the bottom of the hvac controls(two screws)
7. remove shifter cables form the top of the shifter
8. from below (where your power outlet use to be before you removed it) take pliers and turn the BOTTOM of the shifter cables clockwise i believe (dont hold me to this) just make sure you turn the bottom pieces below the shifter, this works much easier than trying to turn the top pieces.
9. unbolt that bisch and wiggle it out somehow.
