coilover stuck

Default coilover stuck

today i was trying to lower my back 2 coilovers. I loostened the screw enough, and no matter how hard i turned the down direction it wouldnt budge. Except fot the 2 times when i moved the whole coilover. I have GC coilovers btw. Anybody had this problem, any solutions??

how long have you had them in the same position? ive got GC's and thats never happened to me before. PB blast it yet?

ive had them in the same position for only a few months, maybe 3. When i did before it was difficult, but not impossible like it was today. This might be super stupid, but would wd-40 help or spmething. And whats PB?

same as WD-40 almost. did you check to see if it was dirty before adjusting it?

WD-40: water-based lubricant (and a poor one at best)
PB Blaster: anti-seize spray (one of the best on the market)

huh can you get pb blaster anywhere? and i did check to see if it was dirty, and it did have some dust and i took a little water and threw it on, but i'll try it again aand this time spray with a hose

i got some from home depot. so i think any hardware store will have it. autozone or pep boys might have it but not sure

Most hardware stores carry it. I get mine from the local True Value. And, I've seen them at Ace hardware and Advanced Auto Parts.
