Default Anyone Using LED Turn Signals? (Hyper Blinker Problem)

I'm interested in using LED turn signals for the rear but was wondering what flasher/resistor I need to utilize to keep from causing the "hyper blinker" effect. Or if there is a trick to simply turning off the hyper blinker effect all together. This is for a 2000 Honda Civic EX

This is the description of the bulb I plan to use...
"1157-xLX5 Luxeon LED Bulb Super Bright 5 Watt LED 12VDC replacement bulb 15mm Dual Intensity Bayonet Base Super Wide 220 Degree Viewing Angle Brightest LED Tail Light bulb on the market - BRIGHTER THAN STOCK TAIL LAMP BULBS!"

I'm looking for a lil tech help, please dont tell me how i'm a ricer and there is no point to this modification... cause I already know that

(I posted this is lighting but then thought I could find more help here )

In my searching I found this...
http://www.eautoworks.com/html/ORD-1-1-1-33226.cfm
Is this universal for my application or do I need a more specific one in my case?
