Default tokico illumina bumpstops

I just got a set of tokico illuminas, and one of the rear bumstop is sitting in between the top hat and the body. Is that normal? Am I able to push the bumpstop down?

How is that possible? The top hat should stick through the hole in your rear shock towers. The bumpstop should always be below the top hat bushings.

you must be missing the bumpstop plate.

which is a very dangerous condition!

you (or whoever installed the suspension) either forgot to install it, or its hiding inside the dust boot. that happened to me once when i assembled everything, then had to rotate the top hat, but the bumpstop plate fell out somehow.
