I have an 02 EP3 with a complete K24 swap, hondata all the good ****... But the problem is my Header keeps cracking... It has been welded to repair more than once. Was wondering if anyone knows what header I can use that fits the K24 but also is compatable with the frame of the Ep3? I had bought a DC header and it fit the motor obvisoulsy but it was no good in the car cause it wouldnt fit over or under the sub-frame? It is to the point where im ready to sell the car!!!

 

Are you using any motor mounts?

 

Yes, the motor mouts are stock as far as I know. I havent changed them.

 

That's why it keeps cracking.

 

Also look into a SSR K24 header. Call them up and ask them if it will fit in the ep3
