i bought mah car.. n its messy.. im buyin part by part.. n this one guy is sellin a 98-01 oem hood...i was wonderin would it fit in mah 94 teg?

are you sure? coz i heard different... sposedly 98-01 is quite dif. n is it worth 50 bucks?

 

only diff is the front lights are higher i think i still assume they use the same hood as they look the same in all aspects that i know of oO correct me if im wrong =\

 

The differences between the 94-97 & 98-01 include:

Front Bumper
Headlights
Turnsignals
Rear Bumper
Side Mirrors
Steering Wheel
And there is no rear hatch lever in the 98+ (inside the cabin)
Tailights

Hood and fenders are the same.

i dont know for sure, but i dont think it would fit. the front ends are different. bummers and everything are totally different from a 94 to and 01. the only thing thats the same is the 4 headlights.

The headlights from a 94-97 integra are not interchangable with the 98-01.

ok.. so u guys say it would fit.. is it possible to install it myself? or would it be too hard.. sorrie im young.. i dont know much bout cars

 

You can install it yourself, but having a friend help you will make life a lot easier when it comes to adjusting the hood that have everything fit and line up better.

what do you mean there's no rear hatch lever in the 98+?

 

I meant inside the cabin next to the gas lever.

yeah, the newer integras got that fancy switch in the hatch lid.

btw, I put a 98 ITR hood on my 95 GSR when I needed to replace it, and it fits just fine.
