Default Got a question.. yes, me... a question about a 96 VTEC....

H22A4 (97+) has smaller injectors and OBDII

H22A1 (93-95) has OBDI and larger injectors.

96 VTEC: H22A1, but OBD II... what size injectors? Same as 93-95? Or 97+?

A call to Honda to compare part numbers would get you an answer faster. Yeah, I don't know the answer.

96 should be OBD2 but have the same injector setup as 92-95
97 is when they went to open deck and changed the injector size

Why do you want to change your injectors. Are you going Turbo.

93-95 had 310-330. That's always in debate.

Couldn't RC Engineering settle this? Surely they've blueprinted/flow-matched injectors for Preludes before...

they're the ones that told me the 4th gen Ludes flow anywhere from 310-330.

If this is the same car you took pictures of earlier, then you have the 310-330cc low resistance injectors. I know this because you can see the resistor pack on the firewall. It looks like this:

RC says they're 310-330 because that's the flow results their testing gets when they clean and balance those injectors. People have posted the RC status pages with 330cc flow numbers on them.

I had my JDM injectors flowed, they came out of a 94 H22A, and they flowed at 360CC??? Is this normal to be that high?

According to my 1993 Prelude Helm manual, the H22A1 injectors are rated at 310cc. However, in actual flow tests by RC Engineering and others they typically flow more like 350cc in reality. A friend of mine had his old JDM H22A stock injectors sent to RC to be cleaned before he installed them, and they said that they flow tested them at 340cc after cleaning...
