Default Brake problem....

I have a 94 accord EX Sedan. Well right now when i brake the steering wheel and the car itself shakes along with the brake pedal moving up and down(very small movement, but you can feel it) when the car shakes. I searched for this problem and almost everyone says replace the rotors, some say to check with a shop to see if they can be resurfaced. Can a place like pepboys check that or would it be better to just buy new ones. Also is there other parts that can cause this problem. Could ABS cause this or no? Also, I hear a noise near the wheels when i turn could it be related. Thanks.

Shake-n-Brake Warped rotors
If you have trapped rotors the hub needs to come apart to replace the rotors.
That means having them resurfaced with an "on car lathe" is the cheaper easier way out.
The down side of resurfacing is that the rotor is now thinner and more prone to warpage from heating and cooling.
Your car, your choice

so pretty much warped rotors is the only possible problem? Does it harm anything if i leave it like that for a while?

air in the system would give you a spongy pedal. Replace the rotors and throw a new set of pads on while you have everything apart.

One final question what size are the rotor size becuase i went to autozone and they asked wheter it was a 260mm or a 282mm. I looked in the manual and it only says disk thickness. It's a 94 accord EX Sedan

I'm working on the rear brakes of my '94 Accord EX, so I can't remove the front wheel. Rear rotors on mine are definitely 260mm. Rough measurement w/ wheel still on, the front rotors look to be the same.
