Default H2 civic brake setup

So i need to redo my brakes for the upcoming season. Ive got some integra calipers to replace the DX ones. The motor is stock for now and prolly will stay that way. Im looking for some front rotor and pads and some stainless lines. where do you guys order from? I think im gonna try the EBC yellows, from what i hear from my buddy that has an H2 car, he didnt touch his brakes all year. I ran H5 least year and went through a set of hawk blues and 2 sets of Xp10's i was using cheap blanks from autozone and had to replace those a few times also .

Thanks Guys!! Cant wait to get out there and try the new setup

Cobalt racing brakes. PDQ motorsports sells them.

I am running Goodridge SS lines and Carbotech XP12 Front/AX6 rear. Worked like a charm. Car is a 93 DX hatch fully built GSR engine weighing 2200 lbs w/ driver. ITR brakes front and rear. 230/155 on power to the wheels. I trust Danny @ Carbotech - he has never steered me wrong.

How often do you replace pads and rotors?

Autozone/Pep boys/Advance blanks should be fine. Cobalt, carbotech, or BHP brakes would do you well. As far as brake lines go, Fastbrakes, Summit, jegs, maybe Nopi?

On my CRX, I am running the Fastbrake setup with 11" Corrado rotors, and GS-R calipers, and ss lines.

you will need to get the bigger spindles to run the integra calipers on your setup.

OR you can buy brackets from Fastbrakes that will allow you to keep the current uprights with the Integra calipers...

I just did 2 full days at Sebring which is VERY hard on the brakes and I have a co-driver. We probably have 8 hours of pure track time in two days (the car honestly doesn't sit long other than when the novice groups go out) on this brand new setup. I pulled everything apart the other day after this past weekend and the pads have probably 40% life left on them. Rotors are fine and I would use them again on a new set of pads once they completely wear out. One thing to note I am using a slotted rotor which this is my first time using one and I don't know if pads are supposed to last as long with a slotted rotor on the car.

I forgot to mention I am using ATE Superblue at the moment but am upgrading to Motul RBF600 for next season

Shane, I run Cobalt XR2 in my H2 ITR, with generic blank rotors and Spoon calipers.

I ran Hawk HT10 and Cobalt back to back in the same weekend and the Cobalt performed a lot better than the Hawk.

GT Motoring sells Cobalt and offer discount for HC racers.

+ 1 for the new Cobalt compounds. I've been running the XR2s on my H4 integra and they've been by far the best pads I've used to date. They are expensive up front, but they last a lot longer than the Hawk Blues and they're less harsh on the rotors. For 2200 lbs, you might want to go with XR3s. The XR2s are almost too much for my 2500# integra. I've driven a buddie's H4 integra with the XR3s on it and I was really impressed with the feel of those brakes. They didn't give up much bite vs the XR2s and were a little easier to drive with on cold tires.

Like Jimmy suggested, I'd pick up a couple non-ITR integra knuckles and just use those instead of doing the fastbrakes bracket. The uprights are more beefy and the hubs/bearings are bigger. I'm sure you can find them for cheap. There's always people parting out integras around here.
