east coast folks hook me up?!?

I'm about to start a turbo build on a spare D15 I have laying around and I'm only looking for about 250-300 as it is going to be a daily driver. I was wondering if anybody in the southeast knows a good tuner because I want to get it tuned right because it's my daily so I have to be reliable. I'll probably go hondata

any input would be greatly appreciated!

What are you going to do for rods on an oddball platform like a D15?
