I have a 93 Honda Civic DX with an automatic transmission that I bought as a daily driver. The torque converter is not locking up (going into overdrive). The local tranny shop was somewhat helpful. They asked me if the car was running cold. It does barely get over the C on the temperature gauge. How does that work? Where should I start to troubleshoot? It does have a newer solenoid but I wont rule out anything at this point. Thanks in advance.
