b16 block with b18 head

all i want to know is can i bolt a b18c head to a b16a block. would this be like bolting a b16a head to a b18c block.

It is a nice combo if you have the parts lying around. I would not go out and buy a GSR head though.
It is a very smoooooooth motor, mine made 155whp and i forget the tourqe.
You can almost not feel or hear VTEC kick in (I have primary and secondary butterflies working with a odb1 GSR ECU) when you nail the gas, it just gets louder a you rev higher (Duh ).
You get sligtly higher compression, my head was shaved 20 thou and it;s on a second gen b16 block and with that ocmbo it;s like 11:1 compression. Figure about 10.8:1 without shaving the head
Iam not shure on the low end because i have a JUN ultra light flywheel, 68mm TB and a straight N1 exhasut so bottom end is nto the greatest, but it races towards the red line like a beast
