H2b itbs or skunk2 manifold??
im thinking golden eagle sleeved block probli 2.3L, blox cams/cam gears, header(undecided),hondata ecu, b series tranny with ls fifth gear for freeway, and exaust nothing to serious just a mild all motor build
ok let me reword that i do not have enough money to build a full track car ive got about 5K to put into my swap all i have is a block and head and tranny

itb's are very expensive, and take longer too tune ussually so theres more money also,
i say stick too a stock im,or swap in a euro im 500bucks, get a good expensive header, engine mangement system, stick w stock pistons, get ur cams,,, have it dyno tunned ...... and there you go, good street, mild build for ur h2b
also in most cases itb's are for racing only, and skunk2 im is,,, maybe you will make power maybe you wont...

9:1 compression ? sounds more like a mild BOOST build.
I think you should do a little more research my friend. Stock usdm CR is 10:1. Stock JDM cr is 10.6:1 .
Using 9:1 would be pointless in an all motor build buddy

thats like muscle car high compression specs lol 9:1 and all motor dont exist in a honda motor, dont plan on making any power over stock.
