Default problem installing prothane front endlink bushings on 95 integra ls

my problem is that the prothane bushing is like twice as thick as the oem rubber one. so when i put the two on the lca and the two on the sway bar, theres no room for the nut. my question is do i have to cut the prothane bushings somehow down to the same size as the oem ones? need some input please or maybe i have the wrong endlink kit by mistake?
