Default ES front endlink bushing nipple to large for DC2 LCA? end link bushing size?

I am working on piecing together my suspension & I bought some energy suspension front endlinks - to use JUST the endlink bushings (the ones that fit on both sides of the front LCA (running a 24mm GSR front sway & dc2 lca's)

anyways the bushing nipple (nipple is itself 3/8" I.D. & 5/8" O.D) is slightly to big for the hole in the front LCA - is that okay it sits resting on the LCA & not "in" it?

should I try to "trim" the width of the nipple so it fits?

any input would be appreciated - FYI I am trying to use just 4 (2 on each LCA) with a spherical rod ends on the sway bar side of things

here is a pic of 8 of the pieces

thanks - yes those are the bushings I am talking about... my question was regarding the nipple on the bushing - I was thinking it should fit in the hole but not sure I think the hole is 1/2" while nipple is 5/8" OD

I think the sway bar should be above the lca

thanks but i know that - pic is probably upside down

what I am asking about is "how the bushing grommet sits" on both sides of the lca - here is a pic to better explain the situation

currently the bushings sit like those drawn in the lower example

back from the archive cause I was looking for the diameter of the LCA hole... did you trim it so it sits in the LCA hole? (would have been my suggestion)

no - i have not... yet

I plan on getting a set of es endlinks especially for integra to see if the bushing nipples are smaller. I will be sure to update here - I should know in a week or so
