6 to 1 header for a s/c is300.
Manifold looks good. What s/c is the car using?

What you see in the picture is pretty much it. My jig would be different than most, because I have my own mandrel bender and have all the runners programmed so they always come out the same (not for this header for my N/A header), but a jig is really up to the fabricator, what ever helps make the same part again, it can be very simple or very complex.

I always use 1/4 on N/A stuff to help with the weight a little. Has never been a problem.
