Default asr subframe brace kit & front suspension upgrade

i have a 97 civic ex. lowered on H&R w/ KYB AGX & Blox RLCA. i am thinking to upgrade the suspension. i want the asr subframe brace kit ( the one w/ itr sway bar).

my question is do i have to upgrade my front sway bar due to stiffer sway bar in the rear?

You don't have to, and it's not really recommended. Why are you thinking of upgrading the rear swaybar? Knowing that will help you answer your own question.

No, with your stock front 22mm sway bar, I think it would balance nicely.
