Can you use OBD0 harness and sensors on OBD1 manifold?
I've got a SOHC ZC motor I'm putting into my CRX DX, and it came OBD1. The guy from HMO said I had to reuse my old intake manifold with sensors and the old distributor on the ZC motor. But the manifold and fuel rail from the ZC is super clean whereas my old one is not.
Can I put all the OBD0 sensors on the OBD1 manifold and use it instead of the old manifold? I know the old throttle body will have to go on since the map sensor is on top of the OBD1 manifold.
Thanks for the help H-T.

the only thing you have to change on the manifold is the injectors. you could even use the obd1 injectors if you want but you have to get rid of the resistor box and the plugs dont fit exact but you can make them. and you can extend the wires for the map to reach the tb. so ya you can use all obd1 manifold sensors.
Will my obd0 wiring harness fit into the obd1 sensors? Also I meant to ask about a sensor on the back of my old motor that is not there on the back of the zc. It is a two prong sensor right next to the oil pressure (i think) sensor. Anybody know what it is and what I do about it? The hole had a plug in it on the zc motor.
yes your stock harness will directly plug into everything on any newer manifold except the fuel injectors but like i said theres ways to use them if you have to. and the two prong your talking about is the fan switch on your new motor that switch is on the thermostat housing you need to extend those two wire to reach it there and you need that style plug. those plugs can be found easy though there all the same and it doesnt matter wich wire goes where it will work either way.
