Ok this is not in my car. My friend picked up a 95 coupe today for nothing to de-RICE and build a single cam turbo. We get the car to his hjouse to find a wiring mess under the dash. The old owner put a new fuel pump in and the relay went bad so he rigged it to a wire in the radio, constant power... Yea i kno, But his blower motor relay is good and all of his fuses are good. Im thinking someone crossed one of the heater control wires thus not turning on any of the controls. The climate control lights still come on but the functions do not. What do i tell him? .. Im at a loss for words right now im about to tell him to get a new dash and dash harness.???

 

probably get a new harness if the previous owner did a hack job to be safe, shouldnt be much at a junk yard. have you check grounds?
