1998 Civic DX - Window Shifts When rolling up...
Okay, monday night my window popped off the track. I got it back on, simple enough. Now when I roll it up the window shifts foward, and doesn't go up under the seal good. I can physically shift it backward (towards the back of the car) and it'll roll up the way it should. I tried lubing everything good. There is an adjustment bolt, and it was all the way down, so I used some snips to trim it down even more. Still does it. What else could I try.
my 00 EX is doin the same thing exactly - can shift the window towards the back of the car, haven't tried lubing the tracks yet, but one thing which i think is the issue is that i can hear the window rattling while driving so im pretty sure whatever holds the window in place is loose and needs to get tightened up or re-attached (if it is attached to something in the first place) - good luck
Check the rubberseals chances are corners getting caught or tracks are off.
fix it quick before it breaks >.< my window did that in old cb7 in the effin winter >.<
